With Chlorine electrolysis, Chlorine, Hydrogen and Caustic Soda are produced on the spot from salt water and current. Diaphragm electrolysis as used in our plants, works with separated electrode chambers, so that the entry of residual brine into the swimming pool is avoided. The Chlorine produced can either directly be guided into the water as hypochloric acid or be intermediately stored as sodium hypochlorite together with the caustic soda produced.
With their various feature potentials, ProMinent Dulco®Zon Electrolysis Plants cover mainly the area of private swimming pools. The plants are designed in accordance with the German Standard DIN 19643 for swimming pool water treatment and are thus also applicable for public hotel pools or whirl pools.
Advantages
- No risks through storage, transportation or handling of Sodium Hypochlorite
- Lower operation costs
- Dosing of nothing other than pure free Chlorine with diaphragm electrolysis cells
- No entry of salt into the water
- Lower raw material consumption through diaphragm technology, better use of electric energy compared to common electrolysis plants
- Measurement value logging and control via DULCOTEST® CLE sensor and DULCOMETER® control devices
- Compact and modern plant design
Application areas
- Private swimming pools
- Public hotel pools and whirlpools
Features
- Brine container of PE with installed metering pump, type ProMinent® Beta®
- Automatic water supply
- Control device with electrolysis cell and softener on a PVC mounting panel for wall mounting (with cover at MCEa 12 and 24)
- Injector of PVC, d 20 with manometer -1/ + 1.5 bar
- Digital capacity indication and monitoring of all important functions
- The capacity change is manually adjustable, 5-100 % production and metering capacity, performance-relatedly controllable
- As forcing pump (not included in delivery), we recommend a Speck forcing pump, type M1 with a capacity of
1200 l/h at 1 bar
