		Cooling circuits are used in many different industrial branches throughout the world. The cooling water in each circuit has to be treated. Here, two main requirements are given: The use of cooling water should be diminished and the protection of the entire plant against corrosion, sediments and biologic growth should be increased. Dosing Systems The metering task becomes increasingly easier. Pre-mounted complete solutions made by ProMinent are immediately available and ready for the use in important applications. Sensor technology, controllers and metering pumps form a unit with the necessary tanks and are ready for operation without installation work.

Metering Pumps Metering pumps are used wherever fluids must be dosed into a medium with a highest possible grade of accuracy with a defined volume and within a defined time period. ProMinent has worked in this business for more than 40 years in a leading position. Offering the worldwide largest range of metering pumps, ProMinent comes up optimally to your special requirements.

DULCODOS® panel, Panel-Mounted Dosing Systems Many metering tasks are similar and repeat regularly in practice. Efforts for project planning and documentation may often be substantially reduced if a modular construction system can be used. With its modular panel-mounted metering systems DULCODOS® panel, ProMinent can react quickly and flexibly to varying customer requirements.

Storage Tanks Nominal capacity 500 litres to 25 m³ Standardized and customer-specific storage tanks and drip pans of polyethylene, on demand, with accessories e.g. filling devices, heatings for the storage medium, devices for optical and electronic level monitoring, air scrubbers etc.

Chlorine dioxide plants Bello Zon® CDV and CDK 15 to 10 000 g/h of chlorine dioxide, especially for the treatment of large water quantities in continuous operation.

Bono Zon® Ozone Plant Performance range 80 – 720 g/h (larger plants on request) A range of compact ozone plants with integrated gas conditioning application. Bono Zon® plants work using positive suction pressure and are therefore particularly reliable.

Ozone generating system OZONFILT®OZMa Capacity range 70 - 245 g/h Infinitely variable adjustment of required ozone quantity between 3 and 100 % of rated output, ozone output shown in g/h.

OZONFILT® Ozone Plant Performance range 5 to -90 g/h Range of universal compact ozone plants. Air or oxygen is used as the operating gas.

INTERFILT® SK Gravity Filter Filter capacity: 6.5 to 642 m³/h The SK Gravity Filter is suitable for practically all filtration tasks and known by its ingeniously simple and extremely economical functionality.

CoolControl Cooling Tower Controller Control device especially for blowdown control in cooling circuits. Measuring process for inductive or conductive flow possible. Dosing of one or two biocides, control of blowdown valves, or blowdown shutter valves forced blowdown prior to dosing with biocides.

Completely Mounted Measuring Stations The panel-mounted complete measuring stations are tailor-made for the specific requirements of different water treatment applications. Up to three measuring parameters for different applications can be selected simultaneously via a simple identcode system.
