gamma/ L Diaphragm Metering Pump |
|
 |
 |
 |
 |
The gamma/ L is the world's first calibrateable pump of its performance class. The metered quantity is directly displayed in l/h. The large illuminated LC display makes sure that all displayed variables are simple to read. The integrated 2-week Process-Timer (optional) offers an extremely wide range of application possibilities.
Advantages
- No metering errors: direct clear text settings and feed rate monitoring.
- Cost and space-savings thanks to integrated 2-week process timer. The intelligent alternative to the time switch.
- Easy-to-read values thanks to the large backlit LC display – even in tricky viewing conditions.
- Problem-free connection to interface complex process feed systems with optional PROFIBUS®-DP
interface.
- Level monitoring of the chemicals via an input for a two-stage float-type level switch with early warning function
Applications
- Highly automated processes in nearly all industries
- Cooling water circulations: dosing of biocides, corrosion inhibitors, defoamers and other additives
- Chemical industry, e.g. in mini-plants
Features
- Capacity range 0.74 - 32 l/h, 16 - 2 bar
- Continuous stroke length adjustment from 0 - 100%
- Digitally accurate stroking rate via keypad and large LC display
- Feed rate display in strokes/min. or l/h
- Programmable pressure levels
- 3-LED-Display for on/off, warning, and error
- Liquid end materials: PP, Acrylic/PVC, PVDF, PTFE, stainless steel
- Patented coarse/fine bleeding on PP, Acrylic/PVC and PVDF
- Self-bleeding liquid end version in PP and Acrylic/PVC
- HV liquid end for highly viscous media
- Dosing monitor input, adjustable error stroke counter
- External control via voltage free contact with optional increase/decrease pulse function
- Optional external control via standard signal 0/4 - 20 mA
- Two level float switch connector
- Optional 14 day process timer
- Protection class IP65
- Low Voltage 12-24 V DC, 24 V AC/DC Option
- Optional concentration entry for proportional flow dosing
- Interface for PROFIBUS®-DP
Material Options for Liquid Ends
- Polypropylene: The low-cost alternative, resistant to many acids and alkaline solutions. This material is typically used in water treatment applications.
- Acrylic Glass: Offers outstanding resistance to chlorine bleaching solutions and is a transparent liquid end material. This offers the advantage to observe the pumping process in the liquid end. Air inclusions or crystalline deposits that may interrupt the metering process can be detected and removed.
- PVDF: Resistant to concentrated or oxidizing acids and alkaline solutions. A less expensive alternative to PTFE.
- PTFE: Best suited to meter highly concentrated or oxidizing acids and alkaline solutions
- Stainless Steel: For metering solvents and liquids containing oil
For gas-emitting media self-bleeding liquid end versions are available in polypropylene and acrylic glass.
