[May 2008] Chlorine Dioxide Produced for the First Time with PVDF Reactors ProMinent ProMaqua presents an innovation at this years IFAT trade fair: the Bello Zon® CDVc Chlorine Dioxide system. A completely new reactor concept guarantees chlorine dioxide is produced and metered in an innovative process. Food-safe PVDF is used for the first time instead of PVC that, to date, has been in widespread use in this sector. [May 2008] ProMinent ProMaqua Acquires Stake in Van den Heuvel With the acquired stake in Van den Heuvel Wassertechnologie B.V. - backdated to 1st January 2008 - ProMinent ProMaqua strengthens its market position. The comprehensive product range of the Heidelberg-based manufacturer is now enhanced with electrolysis systems made by the Dutch company. ProMaqua therefore covers all water disinfection processes for the food and beverage industry, drinking water supply sector as well as swimming pool and cooling water applications.
