  • Wastewater treatment: Degradation / reduction of COD and microcontaminants, reduction of sewage sludge and disinfection
  • Aquaculture: Oxidation and disinfection during the treatment of water for fish farming
  • Textile industry: Oxidation of waste water and treatment of textile fibres
  • Industry: Cooling water disinfection and legionella prevention
  • Food and beverage industry: Oxidation of iron and manganese

    • 8 different sizes depending on the capacity range
    • Compact construction type, ready for connection in a painted steel cabinet
    • Modular systems with up to 16 generator blocks
    • specific energy consumption below 8.0 Wh/g ozone at an ozone concentration of 10 % by weight and cooling water consumption of 0.7 l/g ozone (15 °C)
    • innovative water cooling thanks to a special cooling concept with excellent cooling properties. Fast and efficient heat dissipation even with low cooling water consumption to prevent the ozone produced from decaying due to excessive heat
    • Cooling water system per module with automatic shut-off valve, adjustment valve and monitoring device using a flow and temperature sensor
    • Oxygen inlet including pressure control system, automatic shut-off valve, adjusting valve and pressure sensor
    • Safety valve to protect against overpressure
    • Ozone gas outlet with pressure maintenance or pressure control valve
    • PLC control with operating data recording on an SD card
    • Simple and safe operation with process visualization via colour and clear 10" touch panel
    • Contact inputs for external on/off switching, connector for gas detector, external fault signal and flow control
    • Analog input 4-20 mA for measured value-dependent power control in combination with external measuring and control technology
    • Contact outputs for collective fault message, Warning and operation
    • Various communication interfaces for integration into higher-level controls or for remote monitoring (PROFIBUS® DP, PROFINET®, Modbus TCP)
    • Evaluation and analysis program for quick and easy visualization of operating data via a PC
    • Optional:
      • Mass flow meter with control valve for automatic installation of the ozone concentration at the gas outlet
      • Air conditioning: For ambient temperatures above 30 °C, the system can be equipped with an integrated air conditioning unit. The OZLa060-16O systems are equipped with an air conditioning unit as standard.
